The rail

Each block is a timebox. You stack boxes on that day's hour spine instead of a long task list. Taller cards last longer. Empty rows are free time. Starts can snap to 15 minutes. A box may overlap another only if you allow overlap.

Color by project

A project holds a name and a color. The rail uses that color on every box for the project. The boxes themselves stay on the day, not inside the project.

Plan and actual

You log a start and an end as they occurred. Planned hours stay on one rail and logged hours on the other. The delta subtracts logged minutes from planned minutes. It is not a score, a grade, or a promise of more output, income, or focus.

On the phone

These actions use files on the device.

Not in this version

Version 1.0.0 leaves the following out.

Your records

You can edit, copy, export, or delete boxes and projects. Deleting a box removes that box and its actual log. Clearing all data removes projects, day rails, actuals, and templates on that phone. Clearing cannot be undone. Those files are not stored in our office, so we cannot erase them from here.
